Then, place the bowl on a flat surface and lightly tap the outside rim with a striker.

Start at the edge of the rim and move the striker around in a clockwise direction. As you move the striker around the bowl, it will begin to vibrate and produce a sound. You can then use this sound to enter into a state of meditation or relaxation.
